WE ARE PRINCIPAL LENDERS Founded in 2003, Amerifund Alternative Lending Division is a direct mortgage lender providing fast, competitive financing solutions for real estate investment, small business needs, and refinancing of high interest rate loans. Amerifund Alternative Lending Division provides secured mortgage financings with a notional deal size ranging from $500,000 to $20,000,000 (Jumbo and Super Jumbo designations). As a non-bank lender, we have the flexibility to provide tailored financing options to creditworthy prime and non-prime borrowers that meet our client’s specific financial needs. We welcome inquiries from direct borrowers as well as brokers and investment advisors and look forward to explaining the lending options available to you.
The Amerifund Home Mortgage Team consists of extremely experienced loan officers who are CPA’s, Attorneys and have significant backgrounds in finance, accounting and underwriting.
